Join us as we officially kick off the 2025 ELC Annual Conference with a lively Welcome Reception! Whether you’re reconnecting or meeting someone new, this is the perfect way to start the conference on a high note. All attendees and registered guests are welcome.

Keep the conversations going and join fellow attendees for an evening out at one of Seattle’s top dining spots! Hosted by ELC Officers, these small-group dinners are a great way to connect in a more relaxed setting, enjoy a great meal, and get to know your peers beyond the conference agenda. Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your seat during registration!

Take a break and enjoy lunch with fellow attendees while gaining insight into the progress of the ELC Strategic Plan. ELC Chair Dave Simpson and strategic plan leads will provide a brief overview of what’s been accomplished, what’s in motion, and what’s ahead. This session offers valuable context for the week’s programming and highlights how the plan is driving priorities across the Executive Leadership Council. 

What does it take to lead through uncertainty? In this candid panel discussion, seasoned chapter executives will share their firsthand experiences navigating past recessions—what worked, what didn’t, and what they wish they’d done differently. From membership retention to staffing decisions and financial pivots, this session will offer honest insights, practical strategies, and a few hard-earned lessons to help you prepare your chapter for whatever comes next.

It’s time to roll up your sleeves and tap into the collective brainpower of your peers. In this highly interactive session, we’ll tackle real-world operational challenges submitted by attendees—focusing on the practical, everyday issues chapter leaders face. Through small-group “solution circles,” you’ll share experiences, swap ideas, and crowdsource strategies that work. Whether you’re looking for a fresh take or have a go-to fix others could benefit from, this session is all about learning from each other and leaving with actionable takeaways. 

Set sail for an unforgettable evening on the waters of Elliott Bay! All attendees and their guests are invited to join us aboard the Lady Mary for a reception and dinner cruise featuring stunning Seattle skyline views, great company, and relaxed vibes. 

We’ll board at 5:30 PM at Pier 55, where cocktails will kick off the evening, followed by a delicious buffet dinner as we cruise through the bay. Whether you’re catching up with old friends or making new connections, this is the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Seattle from a whole new perspective.

Whether you’re continuing a chat or connecting with someone new, this casual breakfast is a great way to ease into the day and make the most of your ELC experience. Grab a plate, find a table, and get ready for another full day of learning and connection.

This interactive roundtable is your chance to close out with meaningful conversations and practical takeaways. Join your peers to discuss successful chapter-led programs and services—from creative member engagement strategies to impactful initiatives making a difference across the AGC network. 

We’ll also explore opportunities for shared services, whether through collaboration between chapters or ideas for AGC of America to consider moving forward. It’s a fitting wrap-up to a week focused on connection, learning, and leadership. Come ready to share, learn, and be inspired. 

Curious how chapters are putting AI to work? In this forward-looking panel, three chapter executives will share real-world case studies from their work with Zach Giglio and GCM, showcasing how they’re using AI and automation to streamline operations and personalize member engagement. From time-saving workflows to smarter communication strategies, you’ll walk away with practical ideas and inspiration to explore what’s possible for your own chapter. 

Ready to rally? Join fellow attendees for a friendly pickleball tournament—no experience required! Whether you’re a seasoned player or a curious first-timer, come out for some light competition, fresh air, and plenty of laughs. Equipment will be provided, and all skill levels are welcome. 

Test your aim and bring your A-game to the ELC Cornhole Tournament! This casual, fun-filled competition is the perfect way to unwind and enjoy some friendly rivalry with fellow attendees. Prizes, bragging rights, and good vibes are all on the line. 

Wrap up an incredible week with cocktails and conversation at the elegant Halo Bar inside the Lotte Hotel. This stylish pre-dinner reception is the perfect chance to unwind, reflect on the conference, and enjoy time with fellow attendees and guests before our closing celebration begins.

Join us in the stunning Sanctuary at the Lotte Hotel for a memorable evening of celebration, recognition, and entertainment. During this final event of the conference, we’ll honor a standout leader with the ELC Meritorious Service Award and enjoy live musical entertainment, great food, and even better company. It’s the perfect finale to a week of connection, collaboration, and leadership.
