We’ll kick off the ELC Annual Conference with a dynamic Opening General Session featuring updates from ELC Chair Dave Simpson and AGC President Todd Roberts, followed by a thought-provoking keynote from Sheri Jacobs, CEO of Avenue M. 

How Big is Your Playground: The Unexpected Power of Boundaries

In her presentation, “How Big is Your Playground: The Unexpected Power of Boundaries,” Sheri explores how thoughtful constraints can actually unlock creativity, encourage innovation, and strengthen a team’s capacity for change. She’ll also share key insights from Avenue M’s ongoing review of AGC’s Charter Fee system—providing attendees with timely updates and strategic context for the work ahead. 

This 60-minute session will set the tone for the week with fresh ideas, leadership insights, and a forward-thinking lens on where AGC is headed next.

AGC of America: State of the Association Update

Join AGC of America CEO Jeff Shoaf and senior staff for a high-level briefing on key initiatives shaping the future of the association. This session will cover critical advocacy priorities, updates on AGC’s EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) implementation, insights into the transition to the new Fonteva platform, and other chapter-focused developments. It’s a valuable opportunity to hear directly from national leadership and gain perspective on the strategic direction of AGC.

Welcome Lunch & ELC Strategic Plan Update

Take a break and enjoy lunch with fellow attendees while gaining insight into the progress of the ELC Strategic Plan. This session offers valuable context for the week’s programming and highlights how the plan is driving priorities across the Executive Leadership Council.

Whether you’re looking for a fresh take or have a go-to fix others could benefit from, this session is all about learning from each other and leaving with actionable takeaways.
