Individual Reservation Cancellation Policy: 48 hours prior to arrival
This year’s online booking link only allows reservations to be booked two days prior to the conference and two days post conference. If you need to place a reservation more than two days pre or post AGC ELC conference dates, you will need to call the hotel directly. Please note that the AGC group rate will be available three days pre and post conference dates.
